An owner certificate documents the contract work done in the period at the selling price, the completion percentage, retention, VAT, and the net due from the owner. It is a tracking document and posts no entry; revenue is posted by the tax invoice.
In “Add certificate”, “Owner certificate (revenue)” tab, choose the project and the customer fills in. Items show at selling price with change orders included: marble 455 m². Type current 100: work 38,000, 10% retention holds 3,800, VAT 5,130, net 39,330.
“Approve certificate” saves it approved at once, or “Save as draft” to review first. Work to date cannot exceed the item quantity, and an approved certificate cannot be edited or deleted.
The certificate shows as “Approved” with its type and net. The next certificate takes each item’s previous quantity from approved certificates.
No. It is a tracking document for the owner. Revenue and VAT are posted when you issue the customer tax invoice, linked to the project and item through the “Project” and “Project item” fields.
The tax invoice charges VAT on the work value, while the certificate charges it after retention, so one does not copy the other. Issue the invoice from “Create new invoice” at the work value.
Work to date divided by the item quantity in the contract including change orders.
Step by step: sign in to the Fatoora portal, create the activation code from “Onboard new solution unit/device”, copy it, then paste it in FOXIRA to complete the ZATCA Phase 2 link.
Step by step: link your branch with ZATCA, add your customer, pick the product from inventory, issue the invoice, and send it to your customer on WhatsApp.
Step by step: open the approved tax invoice, issue a credit note for its full value with a return reason, send it to ZATCA, and return the quantities to inventory. Plus how the amount is handled when the invoice is paid.
Step by step: upload the supplier invoice and AI reads it, save it as a draft and approve it, or upload a whole folder and review each invoice beside its paper.
A category groups similar products and carries their suggested profit margin and the accounts their entries go to.
Add a warehouse with its name, code, and branch, and make it the branch default if you like. A warehouse cannot be deactivated while it holds stock.
A product tracked by quantity: name and category, barcode, selling unit, then pricing.
From “Users”, open the employee, enable the inventory permissions they need, then save.
An invoice whose quantity exceeds warehouse stock is rejected with a message naming the product and what is available. Bring the goods in first, then sell.
Turn off “Allow free-text items” in POS and inventory settings, so the branch only accepts registered products and services.
Turn off “Allow seller to change the price” for the branch, or turn on “Lock price” for one product, so it sells only at the approved price with no discount.
Minimum = cost + minimum margin. Turn on price limits and any discount that drops the net price below it is rejected.
The opening balance brings in goods that existed before the system with their quantity and cost, posting inventory debit and capital credit.
A serial-tracked product: warranty, a number per piece, manual entry, and attributes recorded with each piece.
An area product: an automatic number per piece, square-meter unit, and attributes without dimensions, since dimensions are entered on receipt.
A cut-from product: no tracking, linear-meter unit, and each roll a lot with its length on receipt.
A fixed-price service: item type service, so tracking and unit lock, then a fixed-amount price.
A recipe service: components and default quantities, deducted from stock oldest-first on every sale.
A detailed purchase invoice brings goods into the warehouse on approval, posting inventory debit and supplier credit.
From the purchase line open the lots window and enter size and pieces per lot, or a serial per piece.
A purchase return (debit note) returns a quantity from an approved purchase invoice: it leaves stock and its entry is reversed.
Choose the warehouse, then the quantity or serials. The system takes the oldest lots first and posts cost of sales 5102 debit and 1105 credit.
Create a transfer draft with source, destination, lot, and quantity, then approve it to move the goods and post the inter-branch entry.
An adjustment enters the counted quantity, so the system finds the shortage or surplus and posts it to the inventory shrinkage account.
Lot cost adjustment adds shipping and customs or removes a supplier discount from a shipment cost, and posts its entry automatically.
Stock balances: each product’s quantity per warehouse, with low (5 or less) and out of stock, filtered by warehouse and status.
The movement ledger records every receipt, issue, transfer, and adjustment with lot, cost, and reference, and stock balances come from it.
Every inventory operation posts its entry to “Journal Entries”: purchase, sale, opening balance, count, lot cost, transfer.
Add the employee with their mobile, create the shift and attendance point and print its code, assign them in the job profile, then invite the employee to the portal to activate and scan.
Create your departments and each department manager, then open the employee and fill the job profile: work and contract, then salary, allowances, and GOSI category.
Add an employee document with its type, number, expiry date, and file, then follow everything expiring within your chosen period from “Expiring documents”.
Create an invite link from the employee page and send it on WhatsApp. The employee activates the account from the phone with a password and the device is linked. Any other device needs your approval.
Create a shift with start, end, grace, and rest days, then an attendance point with its location and radius, print its code, then assign the shift and point to the employee.
A scan from outside the point radius is refused with its reason, and from inside it records the check-in. The last scan of the day is the check-out.
Follow today’s statuses, correct the attendance of someone who forgot their phone with a written reason, review refused attempts, then open the monthly report.
The employee requests leave with type and dates from the phone, the manager approves it in “Leave requests”, the balance changes, and the employee sees the result.
Review leave types and adjust them to your policy, follow each employee’s balance, and add or deduct days with a written reason.
Enable payroll once to create the posting accounts, then create the monthly run, review its lines, and adjust what is needed with a written reason.
Approve the run to post the accrual, then pay it from the bank account, and every employee sees their payslip on their phone.
Create the project with its name, customer, and dates, then add the bill of quantities items with unit, quantity, and unit price, and the contract value builds from the items.
Editing an item does not change its quantity or price. Add a change order with a positive quantity to increase or a negative one to reduce, and the item quantity and contract value change.
Choose the project and subcontractor, select the assigned items with their quantities and cost price, and the retention, then save the contract as active so it accepts certificates.
Choose the project, subcontractor, and contract, type the quantity done this period, and the certificate calculates retention, VAT, and net. Save it as draft, then approve it to post the entry.
